Venezuela: Ni Maduro, ni la derecha reaccionaria<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

PONGAMOS EN PIE COMIT\u00c9S OBREROS Y DEL PUEBLO POBRE PARA LUCHAR POR UNA SALIDA OBRERA A LA CRISIS VENEZOLANA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Maduro’s failed attempt in March to suppress Congress had adverse political implications in the region and in Venezuela itself. It came to the point where Venezuela was excluded by MERCOSUR, and more and more countries of the OAS criticized the repression of the mobilizations, the attacks on opposition leaders and the limitation of the civil rights guarantees to the citizens under a state of emergency. The subsequent massive marches and the development of more Bonapartist traits of the regime only put Venezuela in a situation of imminent civil war because the reactionary bourgeois opposition and pro-imperialists are acquiring greater influence over the masses, and the Chavistas have only developed a discourse for themselves and neither a tactic or the political clout needed to unmask, or at the least severely discredit the reaction.<\/p>\n

El fallido intento de Maduro del mes de marzo de suprimir el Congreso tuvo implicancias pol\u00edticas adversas en la regi\u00f3n y en la misma Venezuela. Apunto estuvo Venezuela de ser excluida del Mercosur, y cada vez se suman m\u00e1s pa\u00edses de la OEA cr\u00edticos a la represi\u00f3n a las movilizaciones, a los ataques a los l\u00edderes de la oposici\u00f3n y a poner en estado de excepci\u00f3n las garant\u00edas civiles y ciudadanas. Las multitudinarias marchas que se suscitaron posteriormente y el desarrollo de mayores rasgos bonapartistas del r\u00e9gimen no hacen m\u00e1s que poner a Venezuela en una situaci\u00f3n de guerra civil inminente, porque la oposici\u00f3n burguesa reaccionaria y pro-imperialista est\u00e1 adquiriendo mayor influencia en las masas, y los chavistas desarrollan un discurso para s\u00ed mismos y no una t\u00e1ctica o embrete pol\u00edtico para desenmascarla o al menos desacreditarla severamente.<\/em><\/p>\n

The underlying problem is that Chavismo has been a failure for the development of the national bourgeoisie. And it is symptomatic that it failed despite having one of the most important petroleum reserves in the world. This proves that without organic development of national Capital, without the transfer of petroleum profits to mining and agricultural investment, the policy for development of the national bourgeoisie is throwing margaritas to pigs.<\/p>\n

El problema de fondo es que el chavismo fracas\u00f3 en desarrollar la burgues\u00eda nacional tan mentada. Y lo que es sintom\u00e1tico es que fracas\u00f3 teniendo una de las reservas petrolera m\u00e1s importantes del mundo. Esto demuestra que sin desarrollo org\u00e1nico del capital es tirarle margaritas a los cerdos querer trasladar a la industria la renta petrolera, minera o agraria al desarrollo de una burgues\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n

The basic problem is that Chavism failed to develop the national bourgeoisie so much. And what is symptomatic is that it failed to have one of the most important oil reserves in the world. This shows that without organic development of capital is to throw margaritas to the pigs want to transfer to the industry the oil, mining or agrarian income to the development of a bourgeoisie.<\/p>\n

This is economic failure, but it is actually the failure of chavism as a political movement. It is accompanied after the death of Ch\u00e1vez by a political leadership of less capacity. Maduro finds no exit from the political and economic impasse which he is stuck in, but instead flees forward leaving him increasingly less room for maneuver. Faced with these new mobilizations the Maduro Government speaks of new elections for Governors, but knowing that he was likely to lose them, Maduro had already postponed the elections, which had to be held in December of last year. So now when Maduro refers to the “national dialogue” and speaks of “elections,” seeking to decompress his situation, he has already lost any credibility. And the employers\u2019 opposition no longer only demands elections to Governors, but has taken as a central slogan the call for “general elections, ” with which it continues pressing with more demonstrations.<\/p>\n

The political way out isn’t via a demand for general elections nor a constituent Assembly (as do the PO, PTS and the FIT IS), which in both cases depend upon the Maduro government to convene them. Maduro does not want to call either of these exercises because he knows that he would lose in both and his choices would be reduced to mounting a great fraud or leaving power. Leaving although most of his clique will be imprisoned by the triumphant reactionary right.<\/p>\n

Este fracaso econ\u00f3mico, pero que en realidad es el fracaso del chavismo como movimiento pol\u00ed- tico, es acompa\u00f1ado tras la muerte de Ch\u00e1vez, por una direcci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de menos capacidad como la actual de Maduro, que no le encuentra la salida al atolladero pol\u00edtico y econ\u00f3mico en el que est\u00e1 metido, sino que m\u00e1s bien huye hacia adelante qued\u00e1ndole cada vez menos margen de maniobra. Frente a estas nuevas movilizaciones el Gobierno de Maduro habla de nuevas elecciones a gobernadores, pero Maduro ya posterg\u00f3 las elecciones a gobernadores que ten\u00edan que haberse realizado en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado, sabiendo que lo m\u00e1s probable era perderla. Entonces cuando Maduro hace alusi\u00f3n al \u201cdi\u00e1logo nacional\u201d y habla de \u201celecciones\u201d lo hace buscando descomprimir, pero para esa tarea ha perdido credibilidad. Y la oposici\u00f3n patronal ya no s\u00f3lo exige las elecciones a gobernadores, sino que ha tomado como consigna central la convocatoria a \u201celecciones generales\u201d por lo que contin\u00faa presionando con m\u00e1s movilizaciones. La salida pol\u00edtica no est\u00e1 en exigir elecciones generales ni una Asamblea Constituyente (como hace el PO, PTS e IS del FIT), que en ambos casos se depender\u00eda del Gobierno de Maduro para ser convocadas, y que no quiere convocarlas porque sabe que las pierde y tiene que, o montar un gran fraude o irse, pero ser\u00e1n encarcelados la mayor\u00eda por la oposici\u00f3n de derecha reaccionaria triunfante.<\/em><\/p>\n

The advanced workers and combative unions of the working class must mobilize against Maduro independently and advance committees independent of the government and the leadership of the imperialist bosses and struggle to impose an emergency workers’ plan to stop paying the external debt and with the famine of the people, renationalize the gas and oil industry under workers’ control, nationalize banking and foreign trade, expropriate the main industries, all land and supermarket chains, all under the control of their workers. For work for all: reduce and distribute working hours. These workers’ and poor people’s committees must arm not only the struggle to reject the repression of the Chavez government and impose a workers’ government, but also to ensure that the reactionary and imperialist right does not dominate the situation if the Armed Forces are split or if they decide to make a transition pact with Capriles-Lopez, something which would absolutely be of no benefit for the working people.<\/p>\n

Los trabajadores avanzados, y los sindicatos clasistas y combativos, deben movilizarse contra Maduro de forma independiente e impulsar Comit\u00e9s independientes del gobierno y de las direcciones patronales-imperialistas, y luchar por imponer un Plan obrero de emergencia que parta de dejar de pagar la deuda externa con el hambre del pueblo, renacionalizar la industria gas\u00edfera y petrolera bajo el control obrero, por la nacionalizaci\u00f3n de la banca y el comercio exterior, por la expropiaci\u00f3n de las principales industrias, tierras y cadenas de supermercados, bajo el control de sus trabajadores. Por trabajo para todos: reduciendo y repartiendo las horas de trabajo. Estos comit\u00e9s obreros y del pueblo pobre deben armarse, no s\u00f3lo la lucha por rechazar la represi\u00f3n del gobierno chavista e imponer un gobierno obrero, sino tambi\u00e9n para que la derecha imperialista y reaccionaria no domine la situaci\u00f3n si las Fuerzas Armadas se parten o si deciden pactar una transici\u00f3n con Capriles-L\u00f3pez, que en absoluto ser\u00e1 beneficiosa para el pueblo trabajador.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
